The motto is “From farm to table”. Restaurants, bio-farmers, winegrowers, brewers co-operate to create a long weekend packed with unique events. This weekend on Gotland fully focuses on culinary delights – it might be menus created by especially invited chefs, wine tasting or brewery tours. Party mood, gustation, cooking together, new recipes for later use – this and much more in a wonderful mixture.
